Where are you located? I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and can can provide services for people residing in either state.
Are all sessions online? Yes, at this time I offer audio/visual telehealth therapy only
Do you offer in-person sessions?  No, we do not offer in person.
Do you accept Insurance? I participate with a handful of insurances; Oxford, Aetna and Cigna. If requested, I am happy to provide you with a monthly Super Bill, this will allow you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
How long do I need to be in therapy? It all depends on your needs and availability. Some people only need up to 6 months of therapy while others need ongoing support. I have found that weekly or bi weekly sessions produce more rapid changes.
Do you have a cancelation policy? Yes, sessions canceled in less than 48 hours from scheduled time will be charged a $75 late cancelation fee.
